Barrino Brothers "Livin' High Off The Goodness Of Your Love" 1973

The groovy peers Barrino Brothers recorded a very cool LP for the hip detroit label Invictus in 1973. The production is like very often signed by masters/creators Holland-Dozier-Holland.The album really smells Motown (surprise), and I believe if they were released on the Barry Gordy label instead the album and group could have peaked. It's a very groovy pot of modern soul, funky ballads and some attitude. Groovy for sure!

  1. Thanks. Love this album. Wish they would have continued on and recorded more.

    1. I agree with you, It's a really nice and groovy pot!
