Vesa-Matti Loiri is a musician, actor and a comedian from Finland. In the early to mid seventies he made some really cool funky jazz mixed with some folky hippie thinged music (like this LP from 1971), but he also did some lausy and weird stuff afterwards. I know a very little about this guy, but I have understand that he is a well respected man and a cult figure in his homeland. The LP circulates around Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young's song "4+20" in some point, and the song is actually performed in three different kind of shapes - and with some really tasty whistle and percussion. This LP has a very nice and groovy hippie vibe for sure!
