VA - Get Easy 1966! 20 Popular Hits Of The Day Performed By Non-Original Artists!

Well - here is a mixtape I made with easy listening covers of then famous pop/jazz  hits, all recordings are from 1966. This tape not only incudes cheezy string versions, actually there are mostly groovy instrumental soul-jazz, funky beat and some lovely tijuana as well. I really love this genre, and remember this was not a try to do a serious ovrview of this overlooked genre - It's just a mixtape. Hope some of you dig it and feel the cocktail vibe - do the tanzparty!

    1. I'm glad to hear, Johnny! There are something very refreshing with those "cheezy" covers, esp in the cases they are instrumentals, and the words/vocals are replaced with intreuments.
